CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 chicken breasts (boned and cooked), diced
1/2 c. celery, cooked
1 can carrots, diced
Water chestnuts
About 4 oz. Kluski noodles, cooked

Mix above with 1 jar of chicken gravy, also use juice from cooking chicken (I sometimes add canned chicken broth) just so it's moist enough. Top with a layer of shredded Cheddar cheese and a layer of shredded Swiss cheese. Top with Ritz cracker crumbs stirred in melted butter. Bake 30 to 40 minutes just so it's bubbly. For a large casserole I have doubled the recipe.
