BANANA CRISP 
6 med. bananas, cut in 1/2" slices
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Whipped cream

1. Arrange sliced bananas in a buttered casserole. Sprinkle them with salt.

2. Combine vanilla wafer crumbs with the butter. Add sugar and cinnamon and mix well. Sprinkle over bananas.

3. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes or until top is browned.

4. Serve warm topped with whipped cream. Serves 6.
