PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
1 pork chop per person, cut 1 inch thick
1 onion, cut thinly
Salt and pepper
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place chops in a heavy skillet and brown slowly on both sides. Place in a casserole. Add onions and tomatoes. Cover. Bake 45 to 50 minutes until chops are tender.
