6 med. potatoes
1 c. shredded cheese
1/4 c. butter
12 oz. sour cream
1/3 onion, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste

Cook potatoes with jackets on. Cool, peel and grate. Melt butter and mix all ingredients together. Mix well. Place in greased casserole and sprinkle with paprika. Bake, covered, for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
