GOURMET POTATOES 
1 pkg. dry beef-mushroom soup mix
1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
3/4 stick butter
4 (1 lb.) cans sliced potatoes, drained

Melt butter and stir in dry soup mixes. Add potatoes; stir to coat. Place in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees, stirring every 10 minutes.
