SAUSAGE ROLL 
1 pkg. Jimmy Dean sausage
1 loaf frozen bread dough
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1 tsp. Parmesan cheese

Roll thawed dough into a rectangle about 1 feet across and 2 feet long.

Brown sausage and drain. Let cool. When cool, mix sausage, 1 egg, seasoning and cheese together. Spread mixture on bread dough and roll the dough (roll as you would when making cinnamon rolls). Pinch ends closed. Brush with 2nd egg. Make 2 inch slits 3 inches apart in the roll. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover and let rise in a warm place until almost doubled in size. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown.
