1/2 c. buttermilk
2 c. Bisquick
1/2 lb. hot or mild sausage

Make out dough with milk and Bisquick. Roll out like jelly roll. Spread sausage on dough. Roll up and cut into slices. Bake on cookie sheet at 300 to 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
