SAUSAGE ROLLS 
1/2 lb. sausage
8 oz. cream cheese
12 slices bread
12 slices bacon

Cook sausage, crumble and drain. Soften cream cheese and mix with sausage. Remove crust from bread and cut in half, straight across the center. Spread slices with sausage mixture and roll up. Wrap with 1/2 slice of bacon and lap over. Place on cookie sheet with lapped side of bacon on the bottom. Bake at 350 degrees F. about 30 minutes or until bacon is done.
