SWEET PINEAPPLE CHICKEN 
1 env. dry onion soup mix
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. bottled Russian dressing
20 oz. can pineapple, crushed, with juice
2 frying chickens, cut up

Mix together; pour over 2 frying chickens (cut in pieces) in large baking dish. Bake uncovered for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees (can cover if chicken browns too quickly). Sauce is delicious over rice.
