CORN PUDDING 
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. fresh or frozen corn
2 c. milk

Beat eggs, add sugar and flour. Add corn and milk. Grease 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Pour into dish, dot butter on top. Cook 350 degrees until light brown, about 45 minutes.
