TINA'S CORN PUDDING 
2 cans corn or 1 pkg. frozen, thawed
4 eggs
2 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. milk
1/2 stick butter

Blend corn, eggs, flour, salt, sugar; once or twice quickly. Add milk and stir until blended. Butter dish, add mixture, cut up rest of butter into mixture. Bake at 325 degrees uncovered. Stir 2 times during first 15 minutes. Continue to bake for 30 more minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
