BOBBI'S CORN PUDDING 
1 3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
4 eggs, beaten
1 bag (20 oz.) frozen corn
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground pepper

In a saucepan heat milk and melt butter. Allow to cool while you beat eggs and chop corn in processor or by hand. Don't puree, leave corn at a coarse texture. If using frozen corn allow to melt in colander.
