CORN PUDDING 
3 (10-12 oz.) pkgs. frozen corn
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. Half and Half
1/2 c. butter
2 heaping tsp. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
Salt and pepper

Butter 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Microwave corn just to warm. Drain well any moisture. Put 1/3 of corn into blender with all other ingredients. Puree mixture. Put remaining 2/3 corn into dish. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour puree over corn and level mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes or until firm and top is golden brown. Serves 8 to 10.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
