BROCCOLI AND RICE CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli (thawed)
2 c. minute rice, uncooked
2 c. cold water
2 cans cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
8 oz. jar Kraft cheese whiz
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 stick butter, melted

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 inch dish. Bake uncovered for one hour at 350 degrees.
