HUNGARIAN SCHRAZY 
1 lb. round steak, cut in 4-6 pieces
1 med. sized onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped (1/2 c.)
3 slices salt pork, chopped (1/2 lb.)
Salt & pepper
1 c. boiling water

Pound flour into meat; season. Combine remaining ingredients except water. Place small amount on each piece of steak. Roll and tie securely or secure with toothpicks. Brown in hot fat or salad oil. Add water; cover and simmer 1 1/2 hours. Thicken stock if necessary for gravy.
