Caesar Salad Dressing

Needs more garlic! It is a really good base though. I replaced 3/4 cup of the mayo with low fat plain yogurt. This makes it slightly thinner, but cuts the fat dramaticaly. Don't cut out all the mayo though...you could use greek yogurt if you wanted it to remain thick. I added more garlic and more wors. sauce!

Absolutely fantastic!! Five minutes and the work was done! I used a tad less mayo and a little more milk. Everything else was as described. This was my first attempt at caesar dressing and I nailed it - first try!! I'm never buying bottled caesar again!! Thanks Shannon!!!!

I used miracle whip which must of been my mistake. All I could taste was the miracle whip. I threw it out.

Great recipe, loved it. If you are going to use yogurt in the recipe, strain if for about 30 to 40 minutes in a cheese cloth to removes all that extra moisture. Works wonders on keeping a thick, and creamy.

My family is adament that they have to have my homemade dressing but it's quite involved so I 'snuck' this one under their noses and voila! I added anchovies, capers and extra garlic and used fat free creamer and mayo. They had no idea it wasn't mine! Thank you for sharing.

This was the best recipe ever!!!!!
I doubled the recipe and took it to a party for 20ppl, and they loved it!
I added more garlic and a lot of Parmesan cheese, garnished the whole salad with lemon wedges, and fresh ground pepper, and tons more Parmesan cheese on top, bacon bits, and crusty croutons.

THANK YOU!!!!
