It was good. I eyeballed the recipe and it was really nice, esp since I had all the ingredients!

Fabulous recipe. How long does this dressing last in the refrigerator?

This was a great recipe. I found it to be missing a little something for my taste buds so I dressed it up with a small extra clove of garlic and 1/2 tablespoon of anchovy paste and it is amazing! Obviously if you like less garlic or don't like the fishy taste in dressing my changes wouldn't be for you. I've searched for years for a good Caesar recipe and this was it, now when I have Caesar salad out at restaurants I think "what a waste, I make better!"

ok, not sure what all the fuss is about with this one - it tasted way too strongly of mayo for me. I've added more worcestershire, more milk, even some sour cream, but all I can taste is the mayo. Not so good. Think I would half the mayo next time. Maybe it needs more lemon...

This was so easy and tasted SO GOOD...it's exactly what you get in the best of restaurants and what you want to recreate at home - and now you can! Thanks so much, this is my new favorite dressing!

Very good. It is thick but should be. Toss and it covers every bit of the Romaine. Lot's of parmesan on top and Caesar croutons make sit so good. I'm eager to have my daughter try it, she swears by Marie's. ( I couldn't find it in my store so made this). The Worcestershire gives it kind of a strange color but it doesn't show when you toss the salad. It is worth the wonderful flavor it gives it. It is so quick and easy to make.

I use to make this from scratch in a food processor. I no longer have my food processor and when I made it this way - it tasted exactly like scratch. I love this dressing. Is my favourite once again - thank you.

Tried it, it took 5 minutes and we all really enjoyed it! Even better with homemade mayo.

This recipe is great! I'm planning on making a turkey wrap tomorrow and using this as a spread. I just made it a few minutes ago. Hopefully it will be just as good tomorrow as it was today! Cut the recipe in half. Mostly just eyeballed the ingredients and it came out wonderful. The only thing I did different was add 1/2 tbsp. (with the recipe cut in half) of red wine vinegar. Gave it a great kick! Absolutely delicious. I didn't think that he mayonnaise was too overpowering as some people said. I actually meant to cut it down, but forgot. Just wrote the recipe down and will most definitely use it again! Thank you!

This dressing was amazing, I found that it was better with a pressed clove and not minced. I didn't have any dressing, and I enjoy ceasar. I can say it tasted great, took a short amount of time to make, and found all the ingredients in my kitchen. Saved money gas and time. Thank you so much Shannon!

This is a wonderful recipe. : ) Thank you so much for sharing it with everyone. I just wanted you to know that I also tried it with a little something else. I love sour cream. So I used 1/2 cup mayo and 1/2 cup light sour cream along with more garlic, bacon, croutons and shredded Parmesan cheese. My son loves it!
