ENCHILADA SAUCE | |
1/4 c. oil 1 med. onion, minced 1 clove garlic, minced 1 (10 oz.) can tomato paste 2 c. water 2 tsp. chili powder 1 tsp. vinegar 1 tsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. oregano 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper Combine oil, onion, garlic and tomato paste and simmer for 3 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. |
