NOODLES (MY MOTHER'S EGG) 
6 egg yolks
6 tbsp. water
1 tsp. salt
3 c. flour

Make a stiff dough by combining egg yolk, water, salt and flour. Cut into 4 pieces. Roll very thin. Let dry on dish towels for a few minutes. Cut into even strips. Hang over a towel covered back of chair. Yield: 4 to 6.
