EGG NOODLES WITH CHICKEN 
3 eggs yolks
2 tsp. salt
1/2 stick melted butter
1 1/2 c. flour
4 to 5 tbsp. milk
1 sm. can of cream of chicken soup

Cook chicken until tender (Dice up chicken and set aside.) Mix ingredients (except chicken soup), divide into two ball, roll out thin on floured board, cut. Sprinkle flour between layers, when cutting into noodles. They do not need to dry. They will not stick. Add cream of chicken soup to broth. Let come to a boil and add noodles. You may also add a dash of pepper if you like.
