2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs
Mix in bowl with fork until in a mass then finish with fingers. Dough should be stiff but not crumbly. If needed add 1 teaspoon cream or milk. If soft, add a little flour. Place on floured board and knead until smooth. Divide into 3 portions and roll each one to a thin paper like sheet. Lay on clean paper until all are rolled. Let dry a few minutes, spread flour over top of sheet of noodles and cut in desired width. Shake apart with fingers and spread to dry. Especially good with chicken and will serve a large family.
