EASY TURKEY PIE 
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. turkey broth
4 c. cooked turkey, chopped
1 c. peas, cooked
1 c. cooked carrots, chopped
1 c. cooked potatoes, chopped
1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms
1 c. buttermilk baking mix
2/3 c. milk

Saute onions in butter in skillet until tender. Stir in flour and salt. Add broth gradually, stirring constantly. Add turkey and veggies. Pour into 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Combine baking mix and milk into bowl. Mix well. Drop by spoonsful over turkey. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
