SNICKER CAKE 
1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
1 tbsp. milk
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. butter
30 caramels
1 c. chopped pecans or salted peanuts

Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix cake mix as directed on package. Put 1/2 of batter in cake pan. Bake 20 minutes. Melt milk, caramels and butter. Put over the baked cake. Add chocolate chips and peanuts or pecans.

Add rest of batter and bake 20 minutes. Sprinkle powdered sugar over cake and serve with Cool Whip or ice cream. Can also frost with your favorite frosting recipe.
