BRATS 
Brats
sliced onions
whole cloves of garlic
olive oil
water

Simmer Brats, sliced onions and garlic in pan filled with 2/3rds water (or just enough water to cover the Brats). Add a few tablespoons of olive oil and heat (do not boil) for 30 minutes.

Cooks Tip: The water should be steaming hot but not bubbling.

Remove from pan and grill until browned. Toast roll and put brats with onions on roll with yellow mustard.
