BAKED SCALLOPS 
1 1/2 lb. fresh scallops
2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. minced parsley
1/2 tsp. minced chives
1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. melted butter

Put scallops in buttered baking dish (2 quart square or deep pie). Mix remaining ingredients and spoon over scallops. Bake for about 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Serves 5 to 6.
