BAKED SCALLOPS 
2 lb. scallops
2 eggs, beaten
Melted butter
4 tbsp. water
Bread crumbs, I prefer Golden Dipt Breading

Cut into cubes about 3/4 inch in size. Beat eggs and water together. Dip scallops in eggs, bread crumbs and then melted butter. Place in shallow baking pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
