NIGHT BEFORE MASHED POTATOES | |
8-10 med. potatoes 1 c. sour cream 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese Salt and pepper Boil potatoes and mash. Add cream cheese, sour cream and seasoning. Place in buttered baking dish (9x13 or square). Dot generously with butter. Cover with foil and place in refrigerator. Bake uncovered 25 minutes in 325 degree oven. |
