NUT TORTE 
10 eggs (separated)
2 c. ground walnuts
1 1/3 c. confectioner's sugar
Juice of half lemon

Beat yolks and sugar until creamy, add ground nuts and lemon juice. Gently fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour batter into three greased 8 inch pans. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

ICING:

1/4 lb. butter
1 egg yolk
1 lb. confectioner's sugar
5 tbsp. strong black cold coffee

Cream butter and sugar with egg yolk, add strong coffee. Frost cake.
