CHOCOLATE NUT TORTE FROSTING 
2 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1/3 c. cold milk
1 c. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Heat 2 cups milk in double boiler. Add sugar, flour, cocoa, and cold milk. Cook until thick, cover and cool. Cream butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Add nuts. Combine with cooked mixture.
