1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. applesauce
1 c. seeded raisins
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. flour

Cream butter; add the sugar and mix well. Mix the soda and the apple sauce and add to the mixture. Stir in the other ingredients (sift the flour!). Bake in buttered and floured pan in a 350-375 degree oven for 45 minutes.
