SHRIMP PASTE 
1 lb. shrimp
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. onion, grated
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 tsp. cider vinegar
Dash salt
Dash Worcestershire sauce
Mayonnaise, enough to moisten

Cook shrimp, grate onion and chop celery. Place all ingredients except mayonnaise in blender or food processor. Mix well. Add enough mayonnaise to moisten into a spreadable consistency. Refrigerate. Better if made several hours or a day in advance. Keeps well for several days in refrigerator. Spreads 50 to 60 crackers.
