PUDDING DESSERT 
CRUST:

1 1/3 c. flour
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
3/4 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip

Mix first 3 ingredients and pat into 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool. Mix ingredients well and spread on crust.

SECOND LAYER:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding

Mix together. Beat into 3 cups milk. Spread onto cream cheese mixture. Top with 1 (8 ounce) carton Cool Whip. Top with chocolate shavings. Refrigerate overnight. Don't substitute the butter in the crust.
