SPINACH PIE 
2 lb. fresh bread dough
1 stick pepperoni
2 cans mushroom pieces
Pam
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen leaf spinach
2 (8 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
1 can lg. black olives

Buy dough. Let rise. Punch down. Divide each pound into 3 balls. Roll out on floured surface. Separately, cook spinach; drain. Slice pepperoni. On each rolled out ball, layer first pepperoni, then spinach, mushrooms, olives and cheese on half of the ball. Fold over empty half. Seal edges well. Pam 2 cookie sheets or pizza pans. Bake at 375 degrees (preheated) for 40 to 50 minutes. When cooled, wrap well in Saran. I slice them and use it for an hors d'oeuvres. Can be reheated in conventional oven (microwave makes them rubbery.)

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
