POTATO CASSEROLE 
Thaw 1 (2 lb. pkg.) frozen hash browns in a 9 x 13 inch pan for 30 minutes

1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of celery or chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
1 c. chopped onion

Mix all together in a pan. Then 1/2 cup butter melted, pour over top of casserole. Top with crushed cornflakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 12-15.
