8 slices of white bread place in a greased 9 x 12 inc pan

2 c. grated sharp cheese (Cheddar or Swiss)
1-1/2 lbs. Jimmy Dean sausage, browned and drained
4 to 5 eggs, beaten with 2-1/2 c. milk
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
Salt and pepper to taste

Chill overnight.

1 can cream of mushroom soup, beaten with 1/2 c. milk

Pour over top. Bake at 300 degrees for 1-1/2 hours. Serve hot.
