CANDIED YAMS 
32 oz. canned yams
16 oz. canned pineapple
8 oz. raisins
1 stick butter
1 tsp. each cinnamon, nutmeg, ground cloves and allspice
1 c. brown sugar
10 oz. mini marshmallows

Melt butter and spices and brown sugar and half of the juice from pineapple. Allow to simmer and melt. Stir in yams, pineapple and raisins and place in baking pan. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Put marshmallows on top and brown.
