OAT BRAN MUFFINS 
In large bowl, mix, crushing sugar lumps:

1 c. oat bran
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. brown sugar (more if desired)
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. rolled oats (quick)
1 tsp. cinnamon

Make a "well" in the middle and add:

1 egg
1/4 c. (half stick) melted butter
1 c. milk

Mix, stir into dry mixture. Add fruit and nuts if desired. Bake in Pam sprayed muffin tins at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
