HUMMUS 
2 c. cooked strained chick peas
2/3 c. Tahin
3/4 c. lemon juice
2 pressed cloves of garlic
Tabasco sauce or cayenne pepper to taste

Blend all ingredients in blender. Pour into a bowl add 3 tablespoons finely chopped parsley. Sprinkle with paprika and drizzle with olive oil. Chill and serve with raw vegetables or strips of pita bread. Tahin is sesame oil found in health food stores.
