AMERICAN POTATO SALAD 
6 lb. potatoes

DRESSING:

1 qt. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 lb. carton sour cream
1/2 c. half & half
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 c. diced celery
1 c. diced onion
6 eggs

Boil the potatoes just until tender. Boil eggs until solid. Dice the potatoes into large bowl. Cut up onions, celery and eggs. Mix with potatoes. Add dressing. Serves 25.
