AMERICAN POTATO SALAD 
15 lb. potatoes, cooked with jackets on, cubed
1 qt. or more celery, cut up
1 dozen hard cooked eggs
Salt
Green pepper
4 cans pimentos
3 c. mayonnaise and salad dressing, combined
1 c. cream, whipped
Large onion

May take more or less dressing. Sprinkle cubed potatoes in layers with salt. Flavor is much better if all except dressing is marinated with a little French dressing overnight and then dressing mixture added next morning. Let stand several hours in refrigerator before serving to season well.
