ORIENTAL SALAD 
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. oil
1 tbsp. sugar
1 packet from Ramen noodle soup
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2-3 drops sesame oil
Grated fresh ginger
1 sm. crushed garlic clove (or powder)

SALAD:

Garnish bed of greens as desired with: water chestnuts, fresh mango or mandarin orange slices, bean sprouts, slivered almonds, etc., or vegetable salad, chicken breast in bite size chunks, 1 package Top Ramen noodles.

Dressing: Shake in jar or combine in blender. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.

Salad: Just before serving drizzle over prepared salad. If using Top Ramen noodles, crumble over salad just before serving, toss gently.
