CURRY DIP 
1 cup Hellman's mayonnaise
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon garlic salt
2 teaspoon fresh grated onion
1 teaspoon horseradish
1 teaspoon tarragon vinegar

Combine ingredients and chill several hours or overnight.

Serve over cauliflower, carrots, celery, or other vegetables.

THIS is it - the recipe I was looking for! I used to make this all the time and the others are pale substitutes for this one. The grated horseradish is in the refrigerated compartment at a good grocery, and it pretty much keeps forever in the fridge. I use garlic powder and a generous dash of salt instead of the garlic salt. I also usually use regular vinegar, since I don't have tarragon vinegar.
