CURRY DIP 
1 cup sour cream
6 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/8 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. sherry (optional)
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
dash cayenne pepper

Mix all ingredients. Chill at least 1/2 hour. Serve with raw celery, carrots, cauliflower and other raw vegetables.
