EASY MANICOTTI 
1 pkg. manicotti noodles
1 lb. Mozzarella, grated
2 c. ricotta cheese
4 eggs, slightly beaten
8 tbsp. Romano cheese
Pepper to taste
1 qt. (more or less) spaghetti sauce
Parmesan cheese

Combine Mozzarella, ricotta, eggs, Romano and pepper. Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with a non-stick spray and spread 1 cup of sauce on the bottom. Stuff RAW noodles with the cheese mixture. Lay stuffed noodles in a single layer in the baking dish and cover with more sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover dish with foil and bake for about 1 hour at 350 degrees.
