MANICOTTI 
2 pkg. stuffing noodles
1 box frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 carton ricotta cheese
2 lb. ground beef
Salt and pepper to taste
1 jar Prego mushroom sauce

Pre-cook noodles a little and drain water off. Thaw spinach and drain water out. Mix all together. Stuff noodles, place in baking dish. Brown 1-2 pounds ground beef with 1 onion, drain. Can add salt, pepper, and garlic. Add 1 jar Prego with mushrooms, pour on top of stuffed noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
