Dab of nutmeg
1 carton Ricotta cheese, soft
1 pkg. spinach, cooked, squeezed dry, chopped

Mix all.

Cook shells, drain. Stuff with above mixture. Arrange in baking dish. Pour spaghetti sauce over and cook until hot and bubbly.
