32 oz. jumbo shells 2 (10 oz.) chopped spinach 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded 16 oz. cottage cheese 1 tsp. onion 1 tsp. garlic powder 1/8 tsp. nutmeg 2 eggs 2 (16 oz.) pizza sauce Venison, ground chuck Sausage or ground beef Cook the jumbo shells as directed not to done want firm. Thaw the spinach and drain it. Beat and add to the spinach eggs, nutmeg, garlic powder, onion, cottage cheese, Mozzarella cheese. Fill shells with spinach and meat mixture. Layer pan with sauce and layer shells. Cover with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. |
