CHICKEN CHOPPED SUEY 
1 whole chicken
1 thinly sliced med. onion
5-6 celery stalks, cut in sticks (3 inches)
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 can water chestnuts
1 can mushrooms
1 can bean sprouts
1 can chop suey vegetables
1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup
Soy sauce

Cook chicken in pressure cooker using 1 cup water, or in pot with a small amount of water and butter. Remove chicken and simmer onions and celery 10 minutes. Meanwhile, remove chicken from bones. Mix cornstarch with a little water in a cup and stir into broth. Add remaining ingredients, except soup and soy sauce. Mix thoroughly, then blend in soup. Serve with soy sauce and rice on Chinese noodles.
