CAKE:

1 c. oil
1/3 c. cocoa
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
4 eggs
1 pkg. mini marshmallows

Grease and flour 13x9 inch pan. Mix together the first 6 ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. While hot, cover with mini marshmallows. Pour icing over marshmallows immediately to melt.

ICING:

1 1/4 stick butter
1/3 c. cocoa
1 box confectioners sugar
1/3 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla

In saucepan melt butter. Add cocoa, milk and vanilla. Slowly add sugar and beat until smooth.
