MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
2 sticks butter, melted
1/2 c. cocoa
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. all purpose flour
1 1/2 pecans, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt

Topping:

Miniature marshmallows
1 box powdered sugar, sifted
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. cocoa
1 stick butter melted

Mix together butter and cocoa; add eggs and sugar. Blend flour, pecans, vanilla and salt into mixture; bake at 350°F for 35 minutes in a greased 9x13 inch pan. Cover cake with miniature marshmallows and place in oven just long enough to melt marshmallows. Combine powdered sugar, milk, cocoa and melted butter, mix until smooth. Spread on cake. Enjoy!
